TERMS & CONDITIONS
· Onlivery reserves right to publish order history and/or order details of winners', partially or fully.

· Onlivery has full right to publish names of all participants in the campaign..

· Should any participant refuse to accept any of the terms and conditions, disqualification will be due immediately.

· Onlivery’s Car campaign is to give away a 2016 SsangYoung Tivoli to one of its participating customers only. No draw or chance is involved in choosing the winner.

· Only when the combination of orders reach sum of 100 USD; equivalent to 150,000 L.L, customer will be granted a “Car Ticket” and enter the competition.

· Total amount of every order on Onlivery will be added to the "Car Credit" only when ordered through Onlivery.

· First phase of gathering "Car Tickets" begins on the 24th of November 2016 and ends on the 17th of February 2017.

· After spending 100$, every 5$ spent will grant participants 1$ head start in the "Race Phase". · Second phase, also known as "Race Phase" starts on the 18th of February 2017 and ends on the 28th of February 2017.

· Once 100$ is reached, 20$ bonus is directly added to be granted as head-start in the race phase.

· “Race Phase” consists of accumulating as much “Car Credits”

· “Race Phase” will be tracked on a daily basis and results of the top 25 participants will be published on Onlivery’s social media channels.

· Only holders of "Car Ticket" who spend $100 from 24th of November 2016 till the 17th of February 2017 can participate in the "Race Phase".

· Participant with the highest credit earned in the "Race Phase" will win the brand new SsangYoung Tivoli 2016 Red Color.

· Participants can only receive one “Car Ticket” per registered mobile number.

· Winner will be announced on March 6 2017.

· Car will be handed over and ready to be registered within a month of announcing the winner.

· Registration and VAT will be paid by the winner.

· Participants orders should be done from at least 3 restaurants where by each restaurant's orders should form at least 25% of the orders made throughout the race phase.

· Car cannot be returned, exchanged for value of money, changed or upgraded.

· On redemption, winner should present an official ID card along with proof of mobile number ownership. Ownership of mobile phone number must belong to the same person.

· Full name of participant should be used on Onlivery App (First name + Family name) like written on official ID or Passport

· Only processed orders will be counted whereby orders are paid for in full. After submitting order from mobile app or website, any cancelled order will not be considered valid.

· An additional 10$ will be added to the "Car Credit" when paid for an order online; this additional 10$ will be granted once throughout the competition.

· Cancelled orders will be deducted from the total value of the "Car Credit".

· Any cancelled order without informing the Onlivery Team might result in disqualification. Onlivery holds full rights to decide if order qualifies or not.

· Onlivery is entitled to remove credit from the member’s account at any time if order is cancelled for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given.

· Any attempt to cheat or manipulate the results will lead to disqualification.

· Onlivery holds the right to disqualify participants at any point of time without any obligation of revealing the reason.

· Winner agrees to undergo a series of photo-shooting and video-shooting sessions for a period of 3 months after winning the car.

· Specific campaigns and promotions might result in granting customers free "Car Credit", or even doubling or multiplying "Car Credit" for a specific transaction; such special promotions are determined by Onlivery's management and will be clearly communicated on specific channels beforehand.

· Onlivery holds the right to share photos, videos and details of the winner's on Social Media, offline and online media tools for marketing purposes.

· In case a customer changes his/her phone number, a reactivation request should be submitted along with a scanned copy of ID/Passport presented in person to Onlivery’s office in Jisr el Bacha, WonderEight building, 1st floor. Once done, an activation link will be sent to the previously used e-mail to transfer the points to the new account/number.

· Members must register their personal details and keep Onlivery informed of any changes. Onlivery cannot be held responsible for any loss of points incurred as a result of outdated details.

· This campaign is only intended for Onlivery’s consumer use. Onlivery "Car Credit" cannot be used, exchanged for cash or redeemed for any other business transaction or purpose.

· The Onlivery "Car Credit", in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by any member who is the owner of an account.

· Onlivery reserves the right to cancel any account in case of violation of the terms and conditions of the campaign.

· Members can choose to leave the campaign at any time. By leaving the campaign, members forfeit the right to any points already accrued or issued.

· If two customers reach the same equal amount by the end of the campaign, customer with the highest number of orders will win the car.

· The Onlivery app and the included credit, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Onlivery which may, at any time, terminate the campaign or alter or amend the conditions of the program without the obligation of informing anyone or communicating the change anywhere.
